We are excited to hear about the upcoming Mental Health & Wellbeing at Work Conference held at the picturesque Bragborough Hall Business Centre in Northamptonshire.
The day is designed to assist with understanding the complexities that mental health presents to workplaces and those working there.

The conference will offer a wealth of information and practical advice from industry experts from Mental Health First Aiders, HR Consultants, Coaches and Educators. Helping employers to keep up to date with the rapid pace of changes so they can adopt best practices within their business.
Attendees will hear how some of these successful people have helped to shape businesses by improving company cultures, enabling line management by upskilling, coaching business leaders, protecting businesses and resolving the challenges brought about by mental health through new strategies and innovations.
The day has a theme of wellbeing with guests being invited to bring their wellies and walking boots to explore the beautiful grounds with a guided meditation walk along the nature trail.
