Luke is a Patent & Trade Mark Representative from Franks & Co Limited.
After graduating from the University of Southampton with a degree in Marine Biology with Oceanography, Luke is now a multidisciplinary patent and trade mark representative with experience in various aspects of intellectual property. He has prosecuted patents in areas including mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, and fluid systems.
Luke has experience of working closely with UK SMEs and sole inventors and also global corporations who are commercially present in most territories. He aims to help businesses that are not familiar with intellectual property to protect, enforce, and commercialise their intellectual property portfolio whether it be on a UK, European, or international level.
